The License Details page serves as a centralized repository for all critical information pertaining to the Ditto Hybrid Platform license associated with a user account. This page facilitates informed management of licensing information details and ensures uninterrupted application usage.

License Usage and Management

The License Details page enables users to:

  • Monitor license validity and compliance.

  • Access critical licensing information to support usage in approved environments.

  • Understand the scope of their licensing agreement, including authorized operating systems and usage contexts.

Trial License Information

Trial licenses include a predefined expiration date, which is prominently displayed in the license details. Once expired:

  • Users will lose access to the application and associated features.

  • Renewal or transition to a full license will be required to restore functionality.

Expired License Protocol

For expired licenses, users must reach out to the support team to resolve access issues. Providing the Customer Name and License ID during the support interaction ensures a swift resolution process.
