External users can only access the Ditto Hybrid Platform when they have been granted an internal role by the system administrator.

To resolve this issue, please contact your system administrator to ensure that the necessary internal role has been correctly assigned to the user in question. This role is required for external users to gain full access to the platform’s features and dashboard.
